Experience

Keytrn Technologies

Co-founder, Design & Engineering

May 2025 – Present

  • Built a two-sided real-estate platform (consumer homebuyers plus government county clerks) for Pennsylvania tax sale properties, solo from discovery through production.
  • Led primary research across 20+ Pennsylvania counties: customer interviews with Tax Claim Bureau staff, synthesized transcripts in NotebookLM, translated findings directly into information architecture and upload UX.
  • Engineered the full design system (Tailwind v4 tokens, 30+ component classes, 14 type compositions) and eliminated 1,600+ inline styles across 53 React components.
  • Shipped Ask Key, an AI assistant on every page powered by Claude Haiku, context-aware of the property being viewed and trained on PA tax sale law.

Honeywell: Asset Performance Management (APM)

UX Designer

2024 – 2025

  • Wrote screeners and interview guides from scratch, ran moderated usability sessions on UserTesting, and affinity mapped findings in Miro after each round to inform design decisions.
  • Redesigned Asset Health and built Asset Details from scratch. Increased SUS scores from 72 to 88 (22% improvement) through research-led iteration on complex data-heavy dashboards.
  • Provided iterative design support across peers' dashboards and contributed updates across both the APM and Warehouse platforms throughout the engagement.

Honeywell: Warehouse Operations

UX Designer

2022 – 2024

  • Designed the Warehouse Homepage and Merge Dashboard from scratch, giving operations managers real-time visibility into conveyor lane performance and a clear entry point for their shift.
  • Conducted a full heuristic evaluation of the platform and led UXQA to verify that affordances, typography, labeling, and spacing were correctly implemented across the product.
  • Collaborated with a researcher on competitive reviews, affinity mapping, and user flow analysis to establish information hierarchy for the Homepage.

Freelance

Product Designer

2021 – Present

  • Launched a corporate transparency app (Aysa) from concept to live in 2 weeks, earning 15,000+ views in its first social rollout. Rebuilt the investor pitch deck from scratch in support of a $2.1M seed round.
  • Designed Sinta's full HR interview platform from scratch: interview builder, live session screen with competency timestamping, post-interview review, and candidate scorecard. Founders pitched investors directly from the designs. Design agency later hired to build on the foundation.
  • Led the mentee side of Alonesy (mentorship app): moderated interviews with 11 participants, 3 rounds of iteration, shipped with developers. App still live.
  • Designed and built agency and client websites in Webflow for Coffee & Bananaz. Designed and maintained campaign websites for Justice Democrats across senate and congressional races.
